A minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Absolutely clean bathroom and a tub with good sewerage. The pool area is nice too.

This place is in a great spot, right by the city center, shopping malls, and other public places. It's super easy to get around from here!

the staff are fairly friendly, the hotel is wonderful and with favourable location just next door to the restaurant, shopping malls and other public places and the airport. the breakfast is great - i tried fresh bread, cereal, pastries, fruit, and eggs.

In a hotel like this - hair is unacceptable.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms, especially on level 11 with a balcony, were well-maintained and made my stay very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that offered a variety of options, including both Western and Javanese styles.

Everything was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and hospitable welcome we received at the Grand Mercure. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, including surprising my wife with a birthday celebration complete with decorations and a cake. The room was spacious and comfortable, with two bolsters for sleeping, which was a unique touch. The room service food was absolutely delicious, especially the nasi iga bakar and the croissants for breakfast. The hotel's location near a shopping mall made it convenient for quick shopping trips. The internet speed was also impressive, the fastest we've experienced since arriving in Indonesia.

I spent my Christmas at a hotel nearby the airport and I must say it was worth every penny! the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and cozy. They surprised me with a warm welcoming drink and a complimentary fruit basket in my room! the location of the hotel was superb, only a few minutes walk to a famous shopping center, which made it so easy for me to buy last minute Christmas gifts. Lastly, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a snug bed and a delightful view.

First, the bathroom seemed a bit dirty, with some spots on the towels.

The breakfast served different styles of food and the staff were friendly. It was conveniently located close to a mall and the airport. We appreciated the option to store our luggage after check out.

The thin windows allowed for outside noise to enter our room, including traffic and parties from neighboring buildings. We found hairs in the bathroom upon arrival and the room was not cleaned thoroughly.

The hotel's location near the bus station was so convenient for exploring the city. We could easily hop on a bus and go wherever we wanted to. Plus, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were all we needed, and the balcony on the 11th floor offered a great view of the surroundings. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

This hotel is a luxurious dream. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with exclusive amenities that catered to all my needs. the room was spacious and had an outdoor swimming pool that was surrounded by a beautiful garden area, where I could relax on the sun loungers. the spa and wellness centre was the perfect retreat for me as I enjoyed a full body massage and a foot massage. the restaurant had a wide range of delicious dishes, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail.

The shallow end of the outdoor swimming pool was a bit small for my liking.

The hotel had a great location right beside a small shopping mall, which made it very convenient for me to do some quick shopping. I also appreciated that it wasn't too far from the airport. Breakfast had a good selection of food, including an egg station, cereals, bread, fruits. The staff was very friendly, and they kept my luggage once I had checked out.
